💼 What are your policies?

You can reschedule up to 48 hours in advance through our easy booking system.

Phones off during sessions — let’s stay focused.

We start and end on time, always.
🍽️ Can I eat before a session?

Try not to eat for 2 hours before training.
-
Try to eat protein and to hydrate post-session.

Hydrate well before and after. Small sips during are fine.
🧘♀️ What should I bring?
Indoor Sessions

Comfy activewear (leggings, shorts, etc)

Trainers
-
Yoga mat (message if you need to borrow)

High-impact sports bra (if needed)

Water bottle
Outdoor Sessions
Same as above, plus:

Layers (weather depending)

We provide headphones for class

No lockers — bring a small bag for valuables

In winter: hats, gloves, waterproofs — be cozy & ready!
Online Sessions

Yoga mat

Clear space to move, no distractions

Optional: bands/weights (subs offered if needed)
🌧️ What happens if it rains?

Light rain? We go for it — it can actually feel amazing.Most sessions stay dry, and a little drizzle builds resilience 💪 Heavy rain, lightening, or wild winds? We’ll reschedule — safety first! But thats super rare - its happened twice in 9 yrs!
🍂 Do you train in autumn or winter?

Absolutely — it’s one of the best times to train! We need fresh air, Vitamin D, and wild energy more than ever.
🩺 Can I join with a medical condition?

Often, yes! If your doctor recommends exercise, or you're managing symptoms or recovery, we’re here to support.

Let us know your needs in confidence on registration so we can tailor safely. If it's outside our scope, we’re happy to refer.
🫠 I’m really unfit — can I still join?

Totally. You’ll go at your own pace, with low-impact options and adaptations. We all start where we are — and we build from there 💥 We go to a fitness class to get fit, not the other way around!
🏋️ I’m super fit — will this challenge me?

Absolutely. Sessions are small group or 1:1, so we can scale up intensity just for you.
